In case you need to cancel your room reservation!
- If you booked your room via internet and not through our own website or phone ( www.csasablancasanmiguel.com) you need to cancel your room by the same webpage. (ej. www.bookings.com www.expedia.com www.trivago.com www.hotels.com etc)
- To cancel free of charge you need to let us know 7 days prior to your squedjuled arrival at the hotel.
- If you cancel 3 days prior to your squedjuled arrival you will be charged the 1st night of your reservation.
- Cancelations after 3 days prior to your booked arrival or not showing on the date of your stay will generate a 100% charge of your reservation (Full charge)
