Internal Rules

ARTICLE 1°.- The folowing Rules are obligued to be folowed by all staff at Hotel Casa Blanca, with the adress en Av Independencia 80 Col. Independencia C.P. 37732 San Miguel de Allende Guanajuato and the costumers that hire our services.
ARTICLE 2°.- All persons lodging at this establishment, are obligued to register in the cards or books provided by reception staff.
ARTICLE  3°.- Check in should be done at 15:00 hrs every day. Check out is at 12:00 hrs. In case any lodger remains longer in the room they will be charge one more night to their stay There will be a maximum tolerance of 60 minutes. If they wish to change their check out time they must notify reception.
ARTICLE 4°.- No user has the right to give accommodation to another person, without the prior consent of the Management. Only making the necessary arrangements for registration and fee. Only with permission of the manager of the establishment may have employees at customer service and in this case will be charged to the owner of the room, who is responsible for the conduct thereof, may cancel the service establishment otherwise. The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to the visits received in your room.
ARTICLE 5°.-If a guest becomes ill,  the establishment should call the doctor and can be attended in your room, if disease was contagious for reasons not attributable to the establishment, the patient will be transfered to the adequate facility with charge to the patient .

ARTICLE 6°.- The hotel is liable for the loss, that the host may suffer, only in cash and securities that are deposited in the safe. On the contrary, the hotel will not be responsible for money or valuables not deposited in the safe, left in the room or public areas.
ARTICLE 7°.- It does not allow customers inside the rooms have any animals without management authorization

ARTICLE 8°.- Excepted property rights both guests to report to the competent authority any unlawful or fact giving rise to responsibility for some of the parties in their persons and property, as long as they occur within the establishment.
ARTICLE 9°.- All complaints, suggestions or congratulations must be recorded in the satisfaction survey, complaints and suggestions that the hotel management is obliged to always be available to users.

ARTICLE 10°.-The facility should have in view, clearly displayed in the reception area hosting fees. This regulation shall be worn in all rooms in the hotel.
ARTICLE 11°.- It is forbidden for this r hotel charges for services not rendered or access to public facilities that are available to users. strictly it prohibited to people not staying at the hotel to use the pool. The stay in the hotel does not entitle the guest to invite others to use the facility.
ARTICLE 12°.- The hotel is obliged to respect l reservations as guests duly confirmed and guaranteed prior to 19:00 every day, otherwise the hotel assigned to your convenience these rooms.
ARTICLE 13°.- Management should give immediate notice to the competent authority in case existing danger of contagion, or any event out of the ordinary is discovered.
ARTICLE 14°.-The hosting service must promissory and advance in all cases, unless data from a credit card leave during registration, leaving the guest agreement that will charge your card if the guest leaves the premises without personally pay its debt. The administration issued proof of payment and invoice when the guest request.
ARTICLE 15°.-The use to be made of bles mue, clothing and other objects of service will be rational and moderate, taking care of them properly, every guest, when you leave your room has the obligation to shut the doors and windows, water outlets, shutdown lights and return the keys of his room to the reception.

ARTICLE 18°.- In the presentation of services by the hotel, there will be NO discriminated against on the grounds of sex, creed or religion, nationality or social status.
ARTICLE 19°.- users are prohibited from making missing morals, good customs or tranquility of other guests acts during their stay. The establishment may cancel hosting services in such cases.
ARTICLE 20°.-Employees of this company should n respect room occupancy for a guest under the established relationship and during the term of this, ensuring if privacy thereof and may only have access to rooms occupied in cases fully proven security that guest is threatened or request this.

ARTICLE 26°.- The hotel pool does not have lifeguard service, children under 13 can not use it without the supervision of an adult. make use of it in street clothes, inside or shirt is prohibited. It is prohibited to make diving. It is not allowed to eat or smoke in the pool. the use of glass containers in the area like Radio tape recorders near water is prohibited. Please do not remove towels room, we pool towel service at the reception.
